MERGE: Newton-Wellesley Hospital Redesign

Boston is an incredibly competitive marketplace for healthcare, and Newton-Wellesley’s patients and prospects have a lot of top institutions to choose from. For all the obvious reasons, they knew their website was not helping them (dated visual design, poor way-finding). But through our discovery research we also learned that the hospital’s spirit, vibrancy, and technical acumen was getting lost as well.

My team designed and built a modern website that positioned Newton-Wellesley as “the best of both worlds,” augmenting their patient-centeredness and centers of excellence with their high-tech capabilities and partnerships with Mass General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
