Customers want to apply their own look and feel, but our old theming tools made that hard, with too many unwanted features and a complicated flow.
As part of a broader effort to improve the admin and developer experience, we defined the primary use cases from user interviews and studied several theme-editing tools for best practices.
The result: a simpler theme manager that saves a lot of time for internal teams and customers.
